Returns

• We are unable to accept returns on a product unless it is a damaged product.

• To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with tags/packaging intact.

• Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color or pattern are not considered defects and are part of what makes your item unique.

📦 In the unlikely event that your product(s) arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product at customercare@bellekriti.com within 24 hours of receiving your order with your order ID.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
